Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state license or eligibility for licensing as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Prior experience working in a school setting strongly desired
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with educators, staff, families, and students

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy within the school setting, both individually and in group sessions
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
• Monitor, document, and report student progress toward goals
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Provide consultations to teachers, caregivers, and staff to support speech/language needs
• Adapt therapy techniques and materials for students of varying ages and abilities
