THERAPIST Inpatient

Job Description Austin Oaks Hospital offers a continuum of psychiatric services for adolescents and adults on a thirteen‑acre oak lined campus in South Austin, Texas. The facility specializes in inpatient and outpatient psychiatric care to stabilize symptoms of depression, anxiety, and other behavioral health disorders. Responsibilities Develop and write treatment plans and discharge summaries within established time frames and formats. Act as liaison with other disciplines, colleagues, physicians, families, and outside agencies. Assess, design, and implement therapeutic services that best meet the needs of patients and their families. Collaborate with the treatment team and work under the direct supervision of the Clinical Services Director. Qualifications Licensed to practice psychotherapy in the State of Texas (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) or under supervision for licensure (LMSW, LPC‑I, or LMFT‑A). Prior inpatient adult psychiatric experience preferred.
