Schedule / Job Type

Full-Time, Contract; Days (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM); schedule subject to departmental needs

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans across inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation settings
• Provide therapeutic interventions targeting ADLs, functional mobility, upper-extremity function, cognition, strength, range of motion, and coordination
• Educate patients and caregivers on home programs, adaptive techniques, injury prevention, and strategies to promote functional independence
• Collaborate with physical therapy, speech-language pathology, nursing, physicians, case management, and other interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
• Participate in discharge planning and provide recommendations for equipment, adaptive strategies, and post-discharge services
• Complete timely and accurate documentation in accordance with organizational and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current Washington State Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for licensure
• Current NBCOT certification or eligibility, as applicable
• Current CPR/BLS certification required
• Ability to manage a varied caseload and adapt to changing clinical needs
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and organizational skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in inpatient and/or outpatient rehabilitation settings
• Familiarity with orthopedic, neurological, and other functional conditions within the scope of occupational therapy practice
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing effectively to an interdisciplinary team
