Responsibilities Providing supervision for Occupational Therapy Assistants and/or Therapy Aides as per state and federal laws and/or regulations Evaluate patients, review medical history, and identify functional and movement‑related impairments Develop and modify individualized treatment plans Teach therapeutic exercises and provide hands‑on techniques to support healing Maintain accurate documentation and patient progress records Educate patients and families on home programs and recovery expectations Perform administrative tasks including reports, communication, and documentation per HIPAA Why Work with Big Stone Staffing?
