What You'll Do

As an Assistant Machine Operator, you'll play a key role in supporting production operations and helping ensure equipment runs safely and efficiently.

• Assist with production equipment and machine operations
• Support machine setups, adjustments, and product changeovers
• Monitor production runs and assist with troubleshooting minor equipment issues
• Clear jams and help minimize downtime
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
• Supply materials and keep production flowing smoothly
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Work closely with Machine Operators and production teammates to meet daily goals

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of machine operating or manufacturing production experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to learn production equipment
• Comfortable working in a hot, dusty manufacturing environment
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and remain active throughout a 12-hour shift
• Ability to lift at least 75 pounds occasionally
• Strong attention to safety, quality, and productivity
• Reliable attendance and a solid work ethic
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
