About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
• Implement individualized care plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Monitor and document clients’ progress and any changes in behavior or health.
• Facilitate community engagement and social activities for clients.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients.
• Adhere to all agency policies and procedures, including confidentiality and safety protocols.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in healthcare is a plus.
• Experience in direct support or caregiving preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Background check clearance required.
