Our Breast Pumping as a Service (BPaaS) offering is the first of its kind and provides a turnkey solution to our clients and their employees. MilkMate is looking for an Operations & Supply Chain Associate to help support and scale the operational backbone of the company. This role will work closely across Sales and Account Management to support our supply chain and field operations.This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys solving operational problems, working across vendors and internal teams, and building processes that help a young company grow.Like the look of this opportunity Make sure to apply fast, as a high volume of applications is expected Scroll down to read the complete job description.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the execution and improvement of MilkMate's operational systems, including:Supply Chain & LogisticsCoordinate inventory management, order flow and outbound logistics with 3PL, delivery and installation partnersInventory ManagementTrack inventory levels across warehouses and field deploymentsSupport inventory planning and replenishment to ensure product availabilityServicing & Operational ReliabilityHelp manage processes related to equipment installation and consumables replenishmentCoordinate internal and external resources required to deliver seamless BPaaS offering Operational PerformanceTrack operational metrics and help identify opportunities to improve reliability, efficiency, and cost managementSupport the development of processes and systems that enable the company to scaleClient InterfaceCoordinate with client points of contact to ensure elite client satisfaction ratingsThis role will work cross-functionally with teams including sales, customer support, and finance to ensure a reliable and consistent operational experience for customers.Requirements & Skills0–2 years of experience Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple operational prioritiesComfort working with external vendors and cross-functional internal teamsAnalytical mindset with the ability to identify operational issues and propose solutionsStrong problem-solving skills and a willingness to take ownership of operational challengesPassion for MilkMate's mission to support and empower working mothersEntrepreneurial mindset with a belief that no problem is too big to solve.Location: Manhattan, NY (Hybrid – in office Tuesday–Thursday) Compensation: $68,000-$80,000If you are excited to help build the operational systems behind a growing company and want to contribute to a mission that supports working mothers, we'd love to hear from you.For more information, please contact . xhyhwjd MilkMate is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
