We're partnering with a private equity-backed leader in commercial restoration and building envelope services seeking a General Manager to lead a well-established Miami operation through its next phase of growth.

What we're looking for

Leadership experience within restoration, waterproofing, façade, building envelope, or related construction services
Proven P&L ownership at the branch, division, or regional level
Fluent Spanish and English
Strong business development and relationship management skills
A track record of building teams, driving growth, and delivering results
