Position Overview The Center of Hope for Behavioral Health is seeking a Clinical Therapist who is passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of underserved individuals and families. This salaried position offers the opportunity to grow clinically while working in a supportive, mission‑driven environment. What We Offer Annual salary of $50,000–$55,000 , based on experience and proximity to independent licensure Hybrid work environment (in office Tu, Th, Fr) Diverse caseload serving children, adolescents, adults, and families Strong clinical support and collaborative treatment team Meaningful work serving underserved and high‑need populations Opportunities for professional growth and skill development Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and evaluations Develop, implement, and contribute to individualized treatment plans Provide individual and/or group therapy services Document client progress, behaviors, and therapeutic interventions accurately and timely Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams Maintain compliance with agency policies, ethical standards, and HIPAA regulations Engage in ongoing professional development and training Qualifications & Requirements Master’s degree in Professional Counseling, Social Work, or a related field (CACREP‑accredited preferred) Actively pursuing independent licensure in Tennessee (LPC‑MHSP or LCSW) We are seeking candidates who will be eligible for independent licensure within one year of hire Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience working with children and/or adolescents (If child and teen therapist) Experience addressing trauma, anxiety, depression, identity development, and transitional life issues Strong knowledge of evidence‑based therapeutic modalities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High level of empathy, professionalism, and ethical judgment Ability to collaborate effectively within a team‑based environment Demonstrated cultural competence and commitment to serving diverse populations Why Join the Center of Hope?
