Assistant Project Manager - Fort Worth Data Center

Assistant Project Manager
The Assistant Project Manager will report to a Project Manager or Project Executive and play a key role in supporting construction operations from preconstruction through closeout.
- Manage day-to-day project activities under the guidance of the Project Manager
- Assist with budgeting, cost tracking, and preparation of estimates
- Solicit and manage bids from subcontractors and material suppliers
- Support the preparation and execution of change orders and cost adjustments
- Track project progress and contribute to daily, weekly, and monthly reporting
- Coordinate closely with Superintendents to ensure field activities align with schedule and scope
- Maintain strong communication with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors

For the Assistant Project Manager, we are seeking:
- 2-4 years of experience in commercial construction
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, Civil Engineering, or similar
- Experience supporting ground-up or large-scale commercial projects
- Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work in fast-paced, field-based environments and travel as needed
- Proficiency in construction management tools (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, or similar preferred)
- Self-starter with strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple priorities
