WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Operates and maintains company vehicles including forklifts / pallet jacks to make pickups and deliveries and support production activities.
• Scope of work includes and is not limited to the safe transports hazardous materials and wastes in full compliance with applicable federal, state, local statutes and regulations and company policies.
• Other duties as material handler are defined in this job description.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• Ability to read, write, count, understand and speak English
• DOT regulations Hazardous Material handling and transporting
• Completion of all OTC and Univar scheduled training courses as these come due.
• Acquire and maintain all required driver and other licenses, including Class "A" commercial driver's license (CDL) with all required endorsements to include tanker and hazmat endorsements.
• Ability to use and maintain respiratory protections equipment.
• Knowledge of cGMP requirements as it pertains to FDARP / GFSI standards as applicable to the facility.
• Ability to operate an industrial powered forklift and pallet jack according to company procedures and governmental regulations.
