Experienced Lead Mover/Driver

Total Compensation: $14.00-$30.00 per hour which includes hourly rate, tips, incentives, and performance-based monthly incentives!

Hourly Rate: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour based on experience and performance.

· REQUIRED:

· 2+ YEARS PROFESSIONAL DRIVING EXPERIENCE

· ACTIVE & VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE

· VALID DOT PHYSICAL CARD

· IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE PROVEN TRACK RECORD OF SAFE AND EFFICIENT DRIVING.

· PRE-EMPLOYMENT MOTOR VEHICLE RECORD

· Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing schedules.

· CDL is NOT required.

· Office is NOT on a bus loop or near public transportation.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

· Provide friendly, positive and stress free moving or hauling experience to all customers

· Safely move, pack, and unpack customer belongings

· Be on time. Be friendly. Be safe.

· Lead by example. Always be branding.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

· Endurance to lift and carry heavy items (50 lbs. or more) while climbing stairs, balancing, and walking.

· Positive outlook and willingness to work hard

· Must be willing to submit a background check

· Eligible to work in the United States

· Reliable transportation to and from work

· Valid/Active Driver's License
