Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will engage in a variety of tasks aimed at providing holistic care to your clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments for clients, including individuals, couples, and families, to identify their unique needs and challenges.

  • Facilitating therapy sessions for couples while incorporating individual therapy to address specific issues faced by each partner.

  • Specializing in topics such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, conflict resolution among family members, communication issues, and adjustment strategies related to separation and divorce.

  • Developing tailored treatment plans that focus on the integration of behavioral and mental health interventions to improve family dynamics.

  • Monitoring and documenting patient progress, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.

  • Maintaining compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements in the delivery of mental health services.
