As a Project Manager, you’ll lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, helping deliver high-quality projects for clients across a variety of industries, including retail, cold storage, food & beverage, education, healthcare and more.

You’ll work alongside experienced construction professionals while managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors and client relationships to ensure successful project delivery.

What You’ll Do

• Manage all phases of commercial construction projects from kickoff through completion
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules & cost controls
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, & project teams
• Lead project purchasing & procurement activities
• Review plans, specifications & project documents
• Maintain strong communication with clients, architects, engineers & field teams
• Identify/resolve project challenges while maintaining quality, safety & profitability
• Travel to project sites as needed

What We’re Looking For

• 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager with a general contractor
• Strong understanding of commercial construction methods & trades
• Ability to read & interpret blueprints and construction documents
• Excellent leadership, communication & organizational skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred
