Job Description Job Description Sugar House Pub is hiring experienced bartenders. We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our growing team! Job Duties & Qualifications: * Prepare and serve drinks according to standardized recipes while strictly adhering to Utah state liquor laws. * Provide excellent customer service, engage with guests, and help build sense of community. * Maintain a clean and organized bar area at all times. * Accurately operate POS systems, process payments, and manage tabs. * Ensure compliance with food safety and responsible alcohol service regulations; an on-premise alcohol server certificate and food handlers permit are required. * Monitor and restock inventory, including liquor, mixers, garnishes, and glassware. * Work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. * Must be able to stand for long periods and lift 50+ pounds. The Schedule: This is a part-time position with both day and night shifts available. We are looking for individuals who are available for three to four 6-hour shifts per week.
