You will provide a variety of guest services while working in the lobby or reception areas of the hotel. The position is challenging, varied and offers the opportunity to work flexible hours and to meet new people.What your day will look like:Process guest arrivals and departures, including all necessary paymentsHandle and coordinate room assignments and pre-arrivalsHandle guests' concernsOffer referral for services and handle requests for informationHandle and store luggageAssist with the check-in and check-out of groups and toursAssist other departments as requiredWhat it takes to succeed:High school diploma or equivalentExcellent communication skills and professional attitudeEffective conflict management and decision makingAbility to use a variety of computer applicationsKnowledge of Opera systemPrevious experience in customer serviceMandatory requirement:U.S. Work Authorization (required).Join a team that makes an impression.
