Job Description
Title: RN - Rehabilitation Nursing

Schedule: 12H Night Shift

Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 4 Weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: Not specified

Requirements:
- RN License required
- BLS certification through AHA required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience required
- Prior travel experience required
- Long-term care experience required
- Must be comfortable working with dementia patients
- Ability to float to other units as needed

Compliance / Notes:
- A 7-year background check (including nationwide and county court searches, FACIS3, and sex offender registry) is required within 18 months of the start date
- FACIS 3 and VCIC must be completed within 30 days of start
- All employment gaps over 90 days must be explained
- Public transportation is not accessible in this area; reliable transportation is recommended
- No block schedules for any reason
- Travelers must work assigned hours and communicate any preplanned time off upfront; requests for time off will not be honored once the assignment begins
