Registered Nurse

The Registered Nurse is a practitioner responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for an identified group of patients in an inpatient environment. This individual demonstrates competency in the delivery of care to a primarily adult population. The role incorporates essential functions based on the Nursing: Scope and Standards of Practice. The nurse will provide post-surgical care and be skilled in patient care management.
