Onsite Endoscopic Specialist, OR1 - Jacksonville Job Function: Repair & Service Location: Jacksonville, FL, US Pay Range: $19.18 - $24.04 per hour Job ID: 5500 Shift: Monday to Friday, 6AM-2:30PM As an Onsite Endoscopic Specialist (OES), you will provide hands‑on support for KARL STORZ advanced medical devices—including instruments and video equipment—at the assigned hospital. You will collaborate closely with the Sterile Processing Departments and Operating Room teams to ensure the success of surgical procedures. Key Responsibilities Face‑to‑face customer support, including OR, SPD, and Biomed Video tower/system setup and support Inspection, repair, troubleshooting, and replacement of KARL STORZ devices Monitoring, reporting, and facilitating repair/exchange transactions Transporting, cleaning/sterilization, and packaging of instruments after use Troubleshooting video and instrument issues in the OR Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Experience in Sterile Processing, Sales, or other Surgical Technology/Medical roles Excellent written and spoken English business communication skills Effective communicator, collaborative, and strong time‑management Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multi‑task Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel for spreadsheets and reporting Completion of drug screening for safety‑sensitive positions Able to lift/push/pull up to 25 lbs Preferred Qualifications Associate’s Degree and/or CRCST certification Key Attributes of an Exceptional OES Collaboration: Build strong, respectful relationships with team members, fostering an inclusive work environment and driving process improvements.
