The Optimist brings a menu of casual, wood-fired fare to Nashville's Germantown neighborhood, transporting landlocked Tennesseans coast side to experience fresh, sustainably sourced seafood.
The Optimist is seeking an energetic & vibrant Host/ess!
The Host/ess at The Optimist helps transport guests seaside with a warm welcome into the restaurant! The Host/ess should boast a positive demeanor and naturally curious personality with an ability to work cohesively and support unity within the team. He/she should be able to take cues from guests' behavior to ensure an extraordinary experience. Knowledge of OpenTable and related food and beverage experience preferred. Competitive pay - $14 to $24/hr. - based on experience and ability
