• Conduct thorough clinical assessments for new patients, utilizing diagnostic tools and best practices to create effective treatment plans.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations, including progress notes and treatment adjustments.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid LCSW license in the state of Tennessee.

• Salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
