Seeking CRNAs for locum coverage at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital in Lake Cumberland, KY.

Program Details:

Services include General, ortho, gyn, urology, neurosurgery including craniotomies, vascular, ENT, healthy peds, Da Vinci robot, Peds and adult dental, endo, ophthalmology and some ortho, OB.
KY License required
NBCRNA required with (1) one-year minimum experience
Will also receive privileges at Lake Cumberland Surgery Center
8, 10, 12 hour shifts available
Supervision model, 100% independent
No Call
