Radiation Therapist Position

Sunshine Enterprise USA is retained by our valued client to search and recruit for the following executive opening:

We are currently seeking experienced and highly motivated Radiation Therapists to support advanced oncology treatment services in Utah, USA. This role is ideal for professionals with strong clinical expertise, hands-on experience with modern radiation therapy equipment, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. Radiation Therapists must have the following knowledge/skills/abilities:

• Must have human relations and effective communication skills.
• Must have the ability to perform verification checks and apply quality assurance procedures to ensure accuracy of dose calculations.
• Must have the ability to demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served on his or her assigned unit.
• Must demonstrate knowledge of the principles of life-span growth and development and the ability to assess data regarding the patient's status and provide care as described in the department's policies and procedures manual.
• Must have the ability to follow department policies, procedures and checklists to ensure safe, accurate treatments.
• Must have the knowledge to accurately charge for procedures performed.
• Must review and understand a treatment plan to accurately treat patients.

Radiation Therapists must have demonstrated prior experience with the following equipment/systems:

• Must have prior experience with ARIA
• Must have prior experience with Varian TrueBeam
• Must have experience with Surface Guidance Systems
• Must have prior experience with all types of Image Guidance including MV ports, KV2D match, CBCT, extended CBCT's and KV beam's eye view imaging.
• Must have prior experience with Deep Inspiration Breath Hold (DIBH) treatments
• Must have prior experience with Stereotactic Body Radiation Treatments (SBRT)

Requirements:

• Active license as a Radiologic Technologist in the State of Utah
• ARRT Credential in Radiation Therapy Technology
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Minimum 2 years of Radiation Therapy experience
• Experience with ARIA and Varian TrueBeam systems
• Experience with Surface Guidance Systems, IGRT, CBCT, DIBH, and SBRT treatments
