Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Assistant Painter to join our team. This is an entry-level position ideal for someone who is willing to learn the trade, grow their skills, and build a long-term career in the painting industry.
You'll work alongside experienced painters on residential and/or commercial projects, gaining hands-on experience in all aspects of the job.

Pay & Benefits
- Starting pay: $18.00 per hour

- Clean and prep surfaces for painting (sanding, scraping, patching)
- Mix and handle paints, stains, and coatings as directed
- Load, unload, and maintain tools, equipment, and materials
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow directions from lead painters and supervisors
- Support team members to complete projects efficiently and on time
- No prior painting experience required (training provided)
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to lift 25-50 lbs and work on ladders when needed
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Someone eager to learn a valuable trade
