Scooter's Coffee - - Responsibilities: Lead hiring, scheduling, training a team of baristas, completing managerial paperwork tasks, and running a clean, efficiently operating store; Develop and cross train in leadership, administrative, organizational, and customer service duties; Lead according to franchise regulations and foster a positive culture among staff and customers; Staff and stock the store while meeting deadlines and operating within payroll and inventory budgets; Maintain a clean, organized work environment inside and outside the store
