Southeast Regional Title Specialist

Supporting title and closing offices throughout the Southeast region, the part-time hourly Southeast Regional Title Specialist will perform administrative, clerical, and production-related functions, including file administration, policy typing, title ordering, and general clerical support, while working remotely from Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, or South Carolina. Key responsibilities Provide regional administrative and clerical support to title and closing offices within the Southeast territory Order title searches, updates, and related reports from internal and third-party vendors Assist with policy typing and issuance, ensuring files are complete and requirements are satisfied Required qualifications 3-7+ years of experience working within a real estate closing agency, title company, or title insurance underwriter Demonstrated working knowledge of closing office functions, including file intake and administration Experience supporting residential real estate transactions (purchase and refinance) Familiarity with title production and document management systems such as SoftPro, Qualia, RamQuest, or Closers' Choice Multi-state title experience within the Southeast region
