Job Responsibilities As a Weekend Home Care Aide, you will provide one-on-one assistance to clients in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life. Your responsibilities may include: Assisting clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Performing light housekeeping, laundry, and other household tasks. Providing companionship and emotional support. Assisting with errands, grocery shopping, and appointments. Supporting clients with daily activities while following their individual care plans. Qualifications No previous caregiving experience is required. Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance. Reliable transportation to travel to client homes. Willingness to complete required company and state training. The bonus is paid in eight installments, with the full $1,000 earned after completing 1,000 hours of work from the start date. Caregivers must remain actively employed. Hours must be recorded through electronic visit verification (EVV) to count toward bonus milestones. All milestones must be completed within 18 months of the start date. Transfers from organizations within the Help at Home, LLC portfolio are ineligible. Former employees must have been separated from the company for at least one year to qualify. Join Help at Home!
