Description

American Traveler is seeking a Respiratory Therapist for a hospital-based night shift position requiring at least 2 years of experience and current RRT licensure.

Details

• Respiratory Therapy department in an acute care hospital setting
• Night shift, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 13-week assignment length

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in respiratory therapy
• Active RRT license required; license required if applicable
• Board certification required for RRTs
• BLS and ACLS certification required (AHA or ARC accepted)
• PALS certification required if noted for unit placement
• NRP certification required for staff caring for neonates
• No certifications expiring within 30 days of start date
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Additional Information

• Provide respiratory therapy care to patients as part of the hospital's clinical team
• Does not accept local candidates; 50-mile radius rule applies with no exceptions
• One professional reference required for consideration
