Kaizen Collision Center is hiring experienced Collision Repair Estimators for our Arvada and Northglenn locations. Up to 6% commission. $200,000+ earning potential. We're not looking for someone who just writes estimates. We want producers. You know how to: Sell the repair and capture the job Perform thorough damage analysis and blueprinting Manage supplements and negotiate with carriers Work within DRP requirements Protect gross profit Manage a high-volume workload Keep technicians, parts, paint, and production moving Drive cycle time Communicate confidently with customers Own the repair from estimate through delivery You don't wait for business. You close it. KNOW YOUR NUMBERS. We want estimators who know their: Sales. Closing ratio. Gross profit. Cycle time. Supplements. Outstanding files. If you're already one of the strongest producers in your shop, we want to know what you can do with a bigger opportunity. WHAT YOU NEED Strong sales and closing ability CCC ONE or comparable estimating experience Insurance and DRP knowledge Blueprinting and repair planning experience Understanding of OEM repair procedures Ability to manage multiple active repairs Strong production and financial awareness Progressive claims experience is a plus. I-CAR, ASE, and OEM certifications are preferred.
