Job Description
The Mortgage Loan Originator plays a key role in guiding clients through the residential mortgage process, ensuring smooth loan application and processing. Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, this position involves minimal travel and requires a thorough understanding of mortgage products and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities
Complete and review loan applications for residential mortgages
Coordinate loan processing activities to ensure timely approval

Preferred Qualifications
Entry-level experience in mortgage loan origination
High school diploma or equivalent
Active NMLS License
Knowledge of mortgage underwriting principles
