We are seeking an experienced Commercial Painter/Finisher to join our small general contracting company. This role involves working on commercial buildings and industrial facilities. The position offers year-round local work with a focus on both interior and exterior painting, sheetrock taping, and surface preparation. Our company is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to quality and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Perform sheetrock taping and finishing
- Conduct small wall patching and repairs
- Apply interior and exterior paint
- Prepare surfaces for finishing
- Collaborate within a 2-5 member painting team
- Utilize a combination of personal and company tools and equipment
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in commercial painting and finishing
- Proficient in sheetrock taping and finish work
- Experience with interior and exterior painting
- Excellent attention to detail
