Texas Children’s Hospital in Houston's Medical Center seeks a Clinical Nurse Coordinator for the Outpatient Diabetes Clinic. You will provide direct and telephone nursing care, health teaching, patient advocacy, and coordination of care across departments in an age-appropriate manner.
The role requires a BSN or RN with Texas licensure, BLS, and at least 3 years of nursing experience. You will supervise staff, coordinate services for ambulatory patients, and thrive in a fast-paced team
