We care for the adult patient with acute cardiac, vascular, and thoracic needs. Open hearts post-op day one, stents, devices, ablations, and Chest Pain R/O. Antiarrhythmic gtts (amio, cardizem) and heart failure (gtts - lasix, bumex, milrinone, dobutamine). Post vascular and thoracic surgeries.

Shift: Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:30) Ratios 1:4

2 years of previous Cardiac Telemetry RN experience required. BLS, ACLS required. First time travelers accepted. Locals NOT accepted (must be 75+ miles from facility).
