Account Manager, Commercial Sales

As the Account Manager, Commercial Sales, you will build strong relationships with enterprises and government clients, helping them leverage C Spire's arsenal of best-in-class solutions—including voice, internet, data, and cloud services—into winning IT strategies. You'll be backed by our industry-leading marketing team and award-winning IT experts, giving you the tools you need to transform leads into long-term partners and ensure sustained customer growth and satisfaction.
Responsibilities: What You Will Do In all of your duties, you will have a relentless, obsessive, yet disciplined approach to manage all details to perfection and deliver desired results. Prospect, acquire, and manage accounts. Maximize income through business-to-business sales with growth-oriented companies. Foster collaborative and lasting relationships with customers and the communities we serve. Manage the full sales process, including lead lists, networking, customer appointments, referrals, and door-to-door sales generation. Meet and exceed assigned targets associated with sales productivity. Perform additional duties as assigned. This position is an exceptional introduction to business sales, as there is plenty of room to grow and learn from outstanding individuals in the field. From Account Manager you will have a perfect springboard into all areas of C Spire and develop robust career skills.

In addition to that, we require: Proven experience meeting or exceeding a sales quota. Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). We will give special consideration to candidates who have: A four-year college degree. Outside B2B sales experience.
