Tech Stack: Microsoft Excel, Computerized accounting systems What You’ll Actually Do Client Portfolio Management: Independently manage day‑to‑day bookkeeping and accounting for an assigned portfolio of clients and business entities. Client Support: Serve as a day‑to‑day accounting contact for assigned clients and coordinate with business managers to address their needs. Transaction Processing: Process accounts payable, vendor invoices, payments, deposits, and cash transactions. Financial Recordkeeping: Perform bank and credit card reconciliations and maintain accurate general ledger records. Reporting and Analysis: Support month‑end closing, prepare financial reports, and investigate discrepancies while resolving accounting issues. The Must‑Haves Background: Senior‑level professional with strong accounting fundamentals, a sound understanding of debits and credits, general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and journal entries. Experience: At least 4 years of professional bookkeeping or accounting experience, with hands‑on experience in accounts payable, cash management, and financial reporting.
