You should have a proven track record of building high-performing sales teams by raising-the-bar with new hires, setting team goals, motivating reps, and developing a passionate group of professionals. This is an excellent opportunity to join TravelPerk as we scale our US business. Help us scale by selling a disruptive product that is changing the way organizations budget, book, and manage their business travel. What will you be doing?Implement strategy & tactics to reach or exceed all team quotasCollaborate closely with our Partnerships team to integrate global partnership strategy and any local partnerships into the workflow of your teamWork in collaboration with your VP Sales, Sales Director, fellow sales managers, critical support functions to define the forecast and resourcingAlign regularly with leaders of Account Management to define resourcing for the Account Management team and create fusion across Sales, Implementation, and Account ManagementAccurately forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual targetsLead your teamHold weekly 1:1s to design and facilitate team meetings/training sessions Recruit, develop, manage, coach, and mentor a world class Sales team for TravelPerk US.Develop in-depth and detailed understanding of TravelPerk products and GTM strategy to confidently provide mentorship for your sales teamMotivate at both the team and individual levels, building a strong culture of high performance, constant training and support among all team membersContribute to overall strategyBuild reports for Sales Director regarding your team, sector and marketInput on the overall strategy for TK US and the global companyLeverage Demand Gen and Marketing resources to optimize the existing lead funnel & drive lead generationWhat will you need to succeed? Tenured experience as a Sales Manager responsible for pipeline generation, revenue accountability and people leadershipSolid experience in a B2B technology or Software / SaaS company. Experience in start-up environments is preferablePersistence, resilience, humility, and scrappiness. The OTE salary is expected to be between $235,000 - $260,000. This will be a mix of a guaranteed base salary and commission. The commission structure will be tied to the achievement of revenue & retention targets.How We WorkAt Perk, we take an IRL-first approach to work, where our team works together in-person 3 days a week. As such, this role requires you to be based within commuting distance of our hubs.
