BIM/CAD Coordinator

Ascension Property Services, based in Palo Alto, CA, seeks a BIM/CAD Coordinator to support technology-driven building and property projects. You will develop, manage, and maintain BIM and CAD models, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project requirements and industry standards. Working closely with engineers, project managers, and IT teams, you’ll coordinate model updates, perform clash detection, and manage drawing sets. You will also help define BIM/CAD workflows, support data integration with internal systems, and contribute to process automation while documenting standards and training users in best practices.
