The Manager of FP&A will drive and manage all aspects of financial planning & analysis, including development of the annual budget, monthly forecasting, strategic financial plan, and monthly operating reviews. The Manager of FP&A should have a highly strategic mindset and demonstrate the ability to develop and provide insightful, value-added analysis across the company. Reporting to the COO, this position will also work directly with the CEO, CFO, and other executive leaders across the organization. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Lead the company-wide budgeting, forecasting, CAPEX, and allocation processes, including the preparation of income statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements across multiple business segments including corporate functions. Manage the development, tracking, and analysis of company-wide financial and operational KPIs. Prepare and analyze monthly reporting packages/presentations to support executive management. Report actual and forecasted results versus plan and prior periods, including variance analysis, actionable insights, commentary, and recommendations Manage, oversee, and maintain the integrity of the financial system (HFM - Hyperion) utilized for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting of the company’s financial results. Work with executive leadership to develop and prepare Board of Directors materials. Conduct ad-hoc financial support and analysis, as needed. Requirements Proactive and driven individual with willingness to be open and flexible within a changing environment. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or another related field required. At least 7 years of progressive experience within a Financial Planning and Analysis type function. Excellent Excel Skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint). Direct experience with Hyperion Essbase (or other multi-dimensional reporting system). Experience with Power BI and/or Tableau preferred, but not required. Comfort dealing directly with executive management as well as Private Equity partners Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills are a must. Excellent analytical skills with ability to build intuitive financial models.
