Project Manager

Role Purpose

The Project Manager will lead the end-to-end delivery of SGF's website modernization and CMS implementation project, including project planning, stakeholder coordination, schedule management, risk management, design and development oversight, testing, training, deployment, and go-live.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the project plan, schedule, scope, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables; facilitate kickoff and status meetings; coordinate SGF stakeholders and the delivery team; maintain action, risk, issue, and decision logs; oversee design, development, content migration, testing, training, and deployment; manage changes and escalations; and provide executive-level status reporting.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
Eight or more years of project management experience.
Five or more years managing website modernization, CMS implementation, or digital transformation projects.
Experience managing multidisciplinary teams involving architecture, development, UX, QA, DevOps, and business analysis.
Experience with public-sector or highly visible public-facing digital projects.

Required Skills

Project planning, CMS implementation management, stakeholder coordination, Agile and Waterfall methodologies, risk and issue management, schedule management, scope control, vendor coordination, status reporting, UAT coordination, change management, and go-live planning.

Relevant Experience

Experience managing content-rich website redesigns, CMS migrations, third-party integrations, accessibility-focused implementations, and public-sector digital transformation projects. Aviation/airport experience within the last three years is preferred and must be supported by project descriptions and links.

Preferred Certifications
PMP, PMI-ACP, Certified ScrumMaster, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or equivalent project management certification.
