Title: HRIS Technology Analyst

Location: Memphis, TN – Onsite

Type: Direct Hire

Job Summary:

Seeking an HRIS Technology Analyst with 3–5 years of experience supporting Oracle HCM Cloud and HR systems. The role will provide hands-on production support, troubleshooting, system testing, data analysis, and process improvement.

Key Requirements:

3–5 years of HRIS / HR Technology experience
Hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud experience
Production support and troubleshooting
HRIS integrations and data flows
Experience with Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Talent, or related HR modules
UAT/system testing and requirements gathering
Understanding of production vs. development environments
SQL preferred but not required
Strong communication and analytical skills
Must be able to work onsite in Memphis, TN
