Porter – Residential Property
Location: Knoxville, TN
Pay: $16/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We’re seeking a reliable and hardworking Porter to support the daily operations and cleanliness of a residential property. The ideal candidate takes pride in creating a clean, welcoming, and organized environment for residents and guests.
Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness of common areas, hallways, and amenities
Perform light landscaping and exterior upkeep
Clean and organize indoor and outdoor furniture and spaces
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors and pool areas
Assist with basic property maintenance and daily upkeep tasks
Qualifications:
Prior janitorial, custodial, or porter experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work both indoors and outdoors
Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
