DescriptionJOB SUMMARY NOXX Delivery Drivers (on-the-go Budtenders) are the ambassadors for our out-of-store customers' experience. From the initial greeting through the delivery hand-off-- we want to ensure that all customers receive the same stellar customer experience. The ideal candidate should be dependable and comfortable with delivering in urban areas. Company delivery vehicle provided. RESPONSIBILITIES:Delivers product to our customers in a safe, courteous, and timely manner while adhering to state driving laws Represent the brand in a positive and compliant manner while providing the best-in-class service that consistently exceeds our customer's expectations Maintains delivery log and records and performs quality inventory checks before and after shifts Follow established guidelines to ensure compliance including checking for valid ID, verifying payment, and receiving customer signature for order Follows delivery routes as scheduled to ensure delivery within scheduled time-frame Processes transactions using the point of sale system Establish relationships with customers and provide a memorable customer experience to create loyalty to our brand Assist with in-store duties on an as needed basis including: assisting with packaging and inventory stocking Other duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS:Valid, unexpired driver's license in good standing is required Completion of a background investigation including a satisfactory motor vehicle record check required Must maintain a clean driving record throughout employment Familiarity with local streets, neighborhoods, and routes preferred Knowledge of basic computer skills and ability to use delivery and POS software Ability to perform sedentary work that primarily involves standing or sitting Must be 21+ years of age 25 years of age or older preferred BENEFITS:Employee Product Discount Full-Time employees are eligible for medical, dental, and vision coverage.
