Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Generalist to join an organization that is in major growth mode. This role is pivotal in managing a broad spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, and workforce management. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of human resources practices and demonstrate the ability to implement strategic initiatives that foster a positive and compliant work environment. Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including sourcing and interviewing new employees Manage the onboarding process of new employees Work with department managers to conduct employee evaluations and performance management activities Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, mediating conflicts, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Coordinate benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and workers\' compensation claims. Support the payroll process with an outside payroll provider service Contribute to HR projects related to workforce management, training & development programs, and HR sourcing strategies. Skills Extensive experience in human resources management Demonstrated expertise in talent management, recruiting strategies, and employee development initiatives. Excellent communication skills capable of engaging diverse audiences effectively. Knowledge of benefits administration processes, including FMLA leave management and workers\' compensation procedures. Conflict management skills combined with a proactive approach to employee relations. Familiarity with various HR software platforms such as ADP, Paylocity, Salesforce, or PeopleSoft enhances operational efficiency. #J-18808-Ljbffr
