The minimum starting pay for this role is $20.50 per hour. At CPM Federal Credit Union, we consider experience, skills, and internal equity when determining final compensation. Candidates must be available Monday - Thursday 8 am - 5 pm, and Fridays 8 am - 6 pm. Handle a wide range of member inquiries, including account statements, loans, payments, automatic transfers, interest rates, investment certificates, and more. Use your promptness, courtesy, and expertise to ensure our members' questions and problems are resolved accurately and efficiently. What You’ll Bring Excellent Customer Service Skills: You're a natural people person with a passion for providing exceptional service. Your friendly demeanor, patience, and ability to listen attentively will help you build strong relationships with our valued members. Effective Communication: You possess strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to explain complex information in a clear and concise manner. You'll engage with members over the phone, email, and chat, so effective communication is essential. Problem-Solving Abilities: You have a knack for finding solutions to challenges and resolving member issues. Your analytical thinking and attention to detail will help you accurately process loan applications and other financial transactions with ease. Strong knowledge of Credit Union loan services, policies, and procedures is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent.
