GSCM ensures that we have the safest, most secure and sustainable business in the industry.As a Proposal Material Program Manager (MPM) you're accountable for the Supply Chain proposal efforts within the Air and Space Defense Systems portfolio. This is a unique opportunity to shape and execute a new combined bid and procurement strategy for the customer. As a successful MPM, you’re a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment and can drive change through creative problem solving. What You Will DoSupporting program proposal kickoffs and strategy development, balancing strategic thinking with tactical application of strategies to programs.Generating and/or collecting necessary documentation for successful proposals, including sole source justifications, DD254 facilitation, EX/IM planning and gathering entrance criteria needed to kick off the requests for proposals (RFPs) to the procurement teams, pricing approvals and much more.Developing and executing to supply chain proposal strategy in support of all program gate review and risk and opportunity management reviews.Working closely with Engineering, Quality and Operations to create a common schedule based on Material Requirements Planning (MRP).Ensuring proposal compliance to DFAR/FAR and TINA compliance.Domestic and/or International travel (expected to be <25%).Qualifications You Must HaveTypically Requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years’ experienceExperience working on proposalsAbility to work on programs requiring special program accessQualifications We PreferExperience managing budgets Experience managing proposal activitiesExperience managing suppliersWhat We OfferOur values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
