Technical Architect / Sr Java Lead (Spring Boot)

Experience: 5 10 Years
Must-Have Skills- 5+ years of experience with Java and Spring Boot
- 4+ years of hands-on experience developing Microservices using Spring Boot
- 2+ years of experience developing Microservices using Cassandra and MongoDB
- 2+ years of experience developing and deploying Microservices in Microsoft Azure
- End-to-end development experience, including backend database, application server, and web server layers
- Experience with messaging technologies such as Kafka and RabbitMQ
- 2+ years of experience with Agile methodologies , including Scrum and SAFe Agile
- Experience integrating third-party applications , including Web Services, Tax Processors, Payment Processors, and Fulfillment systems
- Strong knowledge of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), and Object-Oriented Analysis & Design (OOA/OOD)
- Ability to provide strategic direction and support development/architecture teams with effective strategies and technical solutions
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Experience implementing eCommerce solutions for multi-channel retailers
- Experience with payment processing solutions
- Strong experience in retail technology
- Technical architecture and backend development leadership
- Experience with enterprise-scale Microservices architecture
- Develop and maintain Java-based backend Microservices using Spring Boot
- Design and implement scalable Microservices architectures
- Work across database, application server, and web server layers
- Integrate third-party applications and enterprise services
- Collaborate with development and architecture teams to drive technical strategies and solutions
- Support Agile/Scrum/SAFe development practices
