Location: Remote Job Type: Fulltime Salary Range: $120,000 – $140,000 per year + Benefits

Expert-level Python programming skills

Strong experience in Machine Learning model development, training, evaluation, and fine-tuning

Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLM-based applications

Strong Prompt Engineering experience for enterprise LLM solutions

Experience building document extraction, parsing, and chunking pipelines

Experience handling structured and unstructured data processing

Hands-on expertise with embeddings and vector search implementations

Experience integrating and managing Vector Databases

Strong MongoDB experience

Experience building scalable, production-grade AI/ML and GenAI applications

Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures

Experience integrating LLMs through APIs such as Azure OpenAI

Exposure to Agentic AI workflows and tool/function calling

Familiarity with CI/CD integration and cloud deployment (Azure preferred)

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills

Design, build, and deploy scalable production-grade AI/ML and Generative AI solutions focused on LLM-based applications, document intelligence, vector search, and enterprise AI workflows.

Design and implement AI/ML solutions using Python and modern ML frameworks

Build and optimize Prompt Engineering strategies for enterprise LLM applications

Develop and deploy Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines

Build document processing pipelines for extraction, parsing, chunking, and indexing

Work with structured and unstructured data for AI-driven applications

Integrate LLMs using APIs such as Azure OpenAI into enterprise platforms

Develop and orchestrate Agentic AI workflows with tool/function calling capabilities

Implement vector search and embedding solutions using Vector Databases

Work with MongoDB and other data platforms for AI solution integration

Ensure scalable, reliable, and production-ready deployment of AI systems

Implement CI/CD integration, monitoring, observability, and evaluation frameworks for AI applications

Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to deliver enterprise AI features

Continuously optimize AI systems for performance, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency
