(paid after 90 days of employment) Competitive hourly pay with annual bonus eligibility Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k), generous PTO Optional on‑site housing in a 2‑bedroom apartment (comped) Responsibilities Manage and delegate daily maintenance tasks across a large residential property Conduct regular inspections of buildings, amenities, and grounds to identify repair needs Oversee apartment turnover process and ensure units are move‑in ready Supervise vendor work and ensure compliance with company standards Maintain inventory and approve maintenance‑related purchases within budget Lead and train service staff, including performance reviews and development plans Deliver safety training and ensure compliance with safety protocols Qualifications Prior experience managing a maintenance team Ability to perform maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, emergency/security systems, and pool Strong customer service and communication skills Knowledge of First Aid and Safety procedures Experience with a new construction facility is preferred Computer literacy (Microsoft and Yardi) High School Diploma or skilled trades training Interested in hearing more?
