US HCP Omnichannel Marketing Director, Obesity and Related Conditions

Amgen seeks an HCP Omnichannel Marketing Director to lead integrated healthcare professional engagement strategy across paid media, CRM, web, and digital channels for obesity and related conditions. The role requires developing connected customer experiences, managing media investments, and driving commercial growth through digital transformation and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute integrated HCP omnichannel strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels
Lead HCP paid media planning, optimization, and investment allocation decisions
Own HCP CRM strategy, segmentation, journey design, and personalization initiatives
Build and develop high-performing omnichannel marketing team with coaching and guidance
Partner across Marketing, Sales, Analytics, Medical, and Commercial teams to drive business impact

Requirements

Doctorate degree with 4+ years marketing experience, or Master's with 7+ years, or Bachelor's with 9+ years
Deep expertise in omnichannel marketing, CRM, digital engagement, and customer journey strategy
Proven success leading digital transformation and commercial growth initiatives
Experience managing significant media investments and engagement programs
Strong analytical, strategic, and cross-functional leadership capabilities
Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams
Launch experience in biotechnology or pharmaceutical industries preferred
