• Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting physical therapy in skilled nursing or rehabilitation settings
• Additional Information: Effectively screens, evaluates, and rehabilitates patients with physical functioning disorders, wound care, and develops appropriate plans of care while adhering to regulatory and clinical practice standards. Provides consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other healthcare providers. Participates in facility and company trainings and meetings. Supervises and supports physical therapist assistants, rehabilitation aides, and students.
